Diet Soda Cupcakes

Diet Coke Cake
1 devils food cake mix (or any cake mix)
1 can diet coke (any diet soda works)
1 egg white
Mix and bake as directed.
Cool(According to Weight Watchers it’s only 3 Points’ a slice).


Frosting
1 package of fat-free vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk
1 tub of sugar-free cool-whip.

Mix cool-whip & milk.
Fold in cool-whip.
Enjoy!

*The red plate I used Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla Soda and pudding flavor I used FF Sugar Free White Chocolate Instant Pudding. The cupcakes on the white plate I used Diet 7-up and pudding flavor I used the same pudding.

These cupcakes are so easy and amazingly good. I made these cupcakes for a luncheon for the Biggest Loser at work back in March. People were amazed at them. This recipe has been floating around for ages.
